Just a touch-o-heat—and lots of flavor! The mix of Peppers includes the no/low heat Habanada and Sweet Bonnet—you get the flavor of the Habanero and Scotch Bonnet with a little heat from some errant normally quiet pepper pollination! SCOTCH BONNET—4 Heat (scale of 1-10)
Our mainstay, tried-and-true, favorite of all time, where it all started, regular mix of Scotch Bonnet Peppers (great flavor!), Red Serranos, Jalapeño, Bell, and other peppers. This Hot Sauce is nicely hot. Not killer-hot—we believe in flavor over torching your buds—but a whole bunch of heat with great flavor. It has a lightly nutty and smokey flavor. This is a favorite of many of our tribe. Regular mix of Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Red Serranos, Jalapeño, Bell, and other peppers, plus a limited amount of 7 Pot Douglah Chocolate peppers (to control the heat)! SCORPION SIZZLE!—8 Heat (scale of 1-10)
For all you tough-iron-mouth-burn-me-or-bake-me folks that love it for the heat, this is your sauce. Although we usually make gourmet sauce for the flavor, this one has a bit more burn. BUT… if you taste quick, you will appreciate the flavor, too. Again, our sauces are not killer hot—that’s not their purpose—they are for flavor first. But this one does have a good continuous bite. Mix of Moruga Scorpion (World’s 2nd Hottest Pepper), Red Serranos, Jalafuego, Scotch Bonnet, the amazing CGN 21500 and Bell Peppers, and possibly other peppers. Use this wisely—come on ice cream!! Oh boy is this stuff good. Sweet and spicy. The Jalafuego pepper is a bigger and hotter version of the Jalapeno. Not killer hot but a nice little bite. Put on toast or biscuits. Our favorite is to mix part of a jar with 8oz of softened cream cheese and put the rest on top of that mixture. Scoop with thick tortilla chips or crackers. Great for parties, thanksgiving,holiday parties, etc. $7/8 oz Jar ORDER

COWBOY CANDY?? Yep. Similar in spicing and heat as the Cowboy Jelly, but instead of grinding up the peppers, we cut the Jalafuegos into slices and soak them (pickle them?) in sauce. You can pick out the slices and put on hamburgers, any meats, fish, poultry, crackers, etc. Sort of like a Bread & Butter pickle experience—but TOTALLY different. HABANERO JELLY—5 heat (scale of 1-10)
Ok. This one is def a kicker. Good bite and heat—plus, a little sweetness from the jelly to cut the heat just a little. The problem with these hot jellies is that they go so fast because they are sooooooooo good! Smear it on anything. Scoop with thick tortilla chips or crackers. Great for parties, thanksgiving, holiday parties, etc. This is for those that like heat.
